I am a pet and wildlife photographer based in the foothills of Colorado. I live with my seven sport/performance dogs - four Australian Shepherds and three Belgian Sheepdogs - who keep me inspired, active, and always surrounded by beauty and motion.
My photography journey started early: snapping photos of flowers, bugs, and landscapes on disposable cameras when I was just five years old. At twelve, I received my first digital camera and immediately began photographing the dogs in my life, along with the natural world around me. In 2018, I upgraded to my first DSLR, and in late 2024, I made the leap to mirrorless - continually growing and refining my craft.
I’ve been actively competing in dog sports and conformation since 2020. As a fellow competitor, I understand the dedication, training, and heart behind each moment in the ring or on the course. My event photography is rooted in deep respect for that work - my goal is always to capture not just action, but emotion: the fleeting looks, the powerful connections, the once-in-a-lifetime moments between dog and handler.
Beyond events, I also offer private family and pet photography sessions. Whether we’re photographing a beloved senior dog, a new puppy, or a family curled up together on a golden evening, I take great care in creating a relaxed and personal experience. These sessions are designed to preserve memories of the people and animals who mean the most to you, with images that reflect authenticity, connection, and love.
In addition to my work with animals, I’m deeply passionate about nature photography. Much of my time is spent exploring Colorado’s wild spaces - chasing the golden light across alpine meadows, watching the seasons change, and capturing the delicate beauty of wildflowers, birds, and insects. Nature photography allows me to slow down, observe, and share the quiet magic that surrounds us every day.
Whether I’m photographing a high-speed agility run, a family portrait in the mountains, or a hummingbird in mid-flight, my approach is always grounded in storytelling, patience, and a deep love for the subject in front of the lens.
